SRA Accelerates Grass-Roots Campaign
Angwinites opposing the PUC/Triad corporation plan for 380 housing units in the heart of the village have retained a San Francisco law firm to handle legal issues. Save Rural Angwin has also undertaken a fund-raising program, and retained an environmental consultant to review the EIR currently being prepared on the project. Full Article
Robert Redford Joins Save Rural Angwin Campaign
Robert Redford, A Napa Valley resident for the past eight years, has ennounced that he is joining the fight with Save Rural Angwin against the proposed subdivision by a Seattle developer, Triad Corporation, and Pacific Union College.
"I believe that the citizens of Napa Valley, from American Canyon to Calistoga care about preserving our beautiful agricultural and rural heritage. That is why I am happy to join the Advisory Council of SRA.... Full Article
